Faster progression (adventurer level > ~25 )

Once you get your adventurers fighting Goblins up to Demonic Sludges. The best known tactic to improve faster gains, and keep higher level adventurers from stealing all of the kills from the lower level adventurers, is to put bonfire (any level, higher depending on your adventurer’s level) in areas with more difficulty monsters (Ie. Tougher Goblins) while keeping it close enough to the guild that it’s close enough for stronger adventurers to wander closer to.
